The Print A Paw family is truly global and we focus on building a community of pet lovers and owners, wherever they may reside. Today, we ship to over 90+ countries and are working on adding more to the list. But certain products like the mousepads and the canvas prints cannot be shipped to Australia.
Extremely fast. When you purchase "Front of Line" with your order, we prioritize it over the rest. You can expect to receive this order 1 week earlier than our normal, standard shipping (see posted delivery dates in our FAQ)
Customs policies vary for each country we ship and are constantly changing. All applicable fees, taxes and duties are your responsibility. For eg, we don't ship mousepads and canvas prints to Australia
Please note that in these cases we cannot offer any compensation due to late delivery. Return to sender (RTS) typically occurs when the shipping address is incomplete or incorrect. If this is our fault we will reimburse you the shipping fee and re-send your order at our cost.
If the wrong or incomplete delivery information was provided at checkout, then we unfortunately will not be able to reimburse any costs, but will gladly re-ship your order once we get your correct shipping address.
Either way, pls do contact us at our support desk and we will ensure that it gets delivered to you.
All shipments will get a tracking number. We never ship anything without make sure that it can be tracked so that there's complete transparency in the entire shipment process. As soon as a tracking number is generated, we will email it to you.
If you haven't receive a tracking number after 14 days of placing the order, please do email us.
You absolutely can! Unlike so many other sites that force you to accept their designs, you are in complete control here. After your order, you will be given access to your Members Area. You can review the artwork from our expert designs and send it back if you need any changes.
Additionally, once the final art is approved by you, you can then preview it against 100s of custom backgrounds and pick the one that makes your pet really stand out!
You absolutely can!! If your furry friend is not happy with the picture you took and wants a change, you can request changes within 2 hours after the order is placed. Please remember that we try to send your pictures to our artists so we can get the art back to you as soon as possible. So try to send in your changes within 2 hours and we will have the order edited.
If you purchased a digital art file as part of your order, it will be available inside the Members Area once your art is approved. And you will also receive an email from us at that time asking you to login and download your custom art.
At this time, we do not. Our best results come from focusing on the head to chest region of your pet. Please also refer to the photo guide for more tips and tricks on taking the best possible photo of your pet(s).
If we receive photos in black and white, our custom designed art will also be in gray, black and white to match the photo. We are unable to add color to black and white photos when designing the custom artwork.
We absolutely have a satisfaction guarantee! We need those tails and paws wagging 100% of the time! If for whatever reason, you or your pets are not happy with the Print A Paw order, we will work with you as long as it takes to make it right. Once you are in the Print A Paw family, you are our VIP for life!
Also, we absolutely allow for refunds before any of our artists have started on the order (usually 2-6 hours after the order is placed). If you have changed your mind, contact us ASAP and we will get you sorted out.
